Relax away the troubles of the day. 10/21/2010
During one of my weekly classes in self relaxation, a woman approached me and thanked me for saving her up to 60 minutes per day. It appeared that she regularly meditated and 60 minutes was the time that it took her to get herself into a relaxed meditative state. The techniques that she had learned in the class helped her to achieve instant and deep relaxation of both mind and body. There are infinite possibilities of paths that can be taken by becoming deeply relaxed for a few minutes per day. • You could instruct a headache to “go away”? • How would you benefit from being able to leave the cares of the day behind as you enter a deeply relaxing sleep state? • Public speaking or just socialising can become easier. • Panicking at the thought of dentists, flying, or confined spaces become a thing of the past. • Improve your game of Golf, Tennis Football. • Passing exams and driving tests first time becomes the norm.
